Summary:

Land use planning plays an important role in protecting disclosure and ensuring the development of social and economic development. However, due to the low legal status and imperfect legislation of land use planning in China, land use planning is facing great challenges. This paper summarizes the advanced experience of land use planning legislation in foreign countries. Combining with the actual situation of land use planning in China, taking the core content and steps involved in land use planning as the main line, and based on the idea of "problem diagnosis, experience, reference and legislative enlightenment", this paper discusses the legal status, planning compilation and planning reality of land use planning. Five aspects, such as implementation and revision, planning supervision and inspection, and violation of the responsibility of land use planning, are proposed for reference and legislative enlightenment to the future land use planning legislation.
