Summary：
This study is a rural land survey project in 2015. It is a combination of village questionnaire and household questionnaire. It is found that: (1) the confirmation of ownership is helpful to the transfer of rural agricultural land; (2) the confirmation of ownership can improve the intrinsic value of land resources; (3) the confirmation of ownership has a great impact on agricultural land investment and can promote the use of agricultural fixed assets and organic fertilizers by farmers. But in the absence of clear demarcation of land ownership boundaries, hasty determination of land ownership may pose a potential conflict for future land transfer.
