The PKU-Lincoln Institute Center (PLC) awards research fellowships that focus on urban land use policy, urban finance and real estate tax, housing market and policy, urban spatial structure and planning to faculty and researchers based in China. PLC will continue its 11th research fund project in 2017, awarding each receipent 80,000 yuan. This year's selection is particularly concerned with China's new round of urban and land policy reform.
