The Peking University-Lincoln Institute Center for Urban Development and Land Policy Research (referred to as the "Peking University-Lincoln Center") was jointly established in 2007 by Peking University and the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy in the United States. It is a non-profit educational research institution and think tank dedicated to promoting academic research and talent cultivation related to urban development and land policy in China. Due to work requirements, the following positions are being recruited:
1. One staff member for the comprehensive administrative position (click "Read Original" to view the announcement on the school website).
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Center Director in managing and coordinating research projects;
2. Responsible for the center's comprehensive administrative affairs management;
3. Organize fund selections, academic lectures, conferences, and workshops in related fields;
4. Liaise with relevant researchers, academic organizations, and government departments.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by the center.
Application Requirements:
1. Firm political stance, good professional ethics, honesty and trustworthiness, upright conduct, dedication to work, careful and practical work, strong service awareness and sense of responsibility;
2. Master's degree graduates, majors in Public Administration, Administrative Management, or Business Administration preferred;
3. Strong Chinese and English language communication and writing skills, proficient in office software;
4. Possess good team spirit and collaboration skills, with strong innovation, organizational coordination, and communication skills;
5. Relevant work experience preferred.
Position compensation: Negotiable

Job Description:
1. The position is staffed by the School of Urban and Environmental Sciences, Peking University;
2. Conduct research in relevant fields and publish research results;
3. Assist the Peking University-Lincoln Center in other research, publication, conference, and project activities.
Basic candidate requirements:
PhD holders from renowned domestic or international universities, under 35 years old, and within 5 years of graduation; or obtain a doctoral degree within 3 months.
Additional candidate requirements:
1. Has conducted research in areas such as land policy, public finance, housing policy, sustainable development, urbanization, and environmental policy in China, and has achieved certain research results;
2. Strong quantitative empirical analysis skills;
3. Proficient in writing in both Chinese and English.
Annual Salary and Benefits:
Not less than 180,000 (pre-tax). Children can attend the affiliated kindergartens and primary schools of Peking University.
