OUR RESEARCH
The Peking University-Lincoln Institute Center for Urban Development and Land Policy's (PLC) research focuses on property taxes and local public finance, land policy, housing policy, urban development and planning, sustainable development and environmental policy, as well as other related fields. Based on the strong scientific research strength of the founding institutions of Peking University and the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy, the PLC brings together well-known scholars in related fields at home and abroad to carry out comprehensive, interdisciplinary, data-based empirical analysis and policy research.
LATEST PUBLICATIONS
The PLC publishes and disseminates the research products of the fellowship programs in various media forms. To date, the PLC has published and translated 23 books in Chinese and English, 10 policy briefs, more than 200 working papers, and over 40 special research reports.
