Employment Opportunity
The Peking University-Lincoln Institute Center for Urban Development and Land Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Peking University-Lincoln Institute Center") was jointly established by Peking University and the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy in 2007. It is a non-profit educational research institution and think tank dedicated to promoting academic research and talent development related to urban development and land policy in China. Due to operational needs, the Center is currently recruiting 1 postdoctoral fellow. Details are as follows:
Research Areas
Research directions in fields such as land, housing, public finance, urban development, and environmental policy.
Position Description
  1. Postdoctoral fellows will be managed by the College of Urban and Environmental Sciences, Peking University;

  2. Conduct research in relevant fields and publish research findings;

  3. Assist the Peking University-Lincoln Institute Center with other research, publication, conference, and project activities.

Candidate Requirements
  1. Hold a Ph.D. degree from a renowned university domestically or internationally, be under the age of 35, and be within 5 years of graduation; or expect to be awarded a Ph.D. degree within three months at the time of application;

  2. Have research experience and have achieved certain research outcomes in fields such as China's land policy, public finance, housing policy, sustainable development, urban development, and environmental policy;

  3. Possess strong quantitative and empirical analytical skills;

  4. Be proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English.

Compensation
The annual salary is no less than RMB 120,000 (pre-tax), plus a monthly housing allowance of approximately RMB 5,000.
