Andrew Reschovsky is a Fellow at the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy, Cambridge, MA, and Professor Emeritus of Public Affairs and Applied Economics, University of Wisconsin-Madison. He has published widely on topics related to state and local government finance, tax policy, and intergovernmental fiscal relations. Professor Reschovsky has worked for the Office of Tax Analysis of the U.S. Treasury and has served as a technical advisor to the Organisation of the Economic Co-operation and Development in Paris and the Financial and Fiscal Commission in South Africa.
